The Faculty of Pharmacy USU held an Open Doctoral Defense for Yosy Cinthya Eriwaty Silalahi on July 16, 2025. Her dissertation explores fatty acid composition and positional distribution in triacylglycerol molecules from marine fish in Medan.
The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held an Open Doctoral Defense for the Doctoral Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM WIB, located in the IMG-GT Room, Rectorate Bureau USU.
Doctoral candidate Yosy Cinthya Eriwaty Silalahi presented her dissertation titled:
“Fatty Acid Analysis and Their Positional Distribution in Triacylglycerol Molecules from Marine Fish in Medan City.”
