The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), received a visit from the USU Academic Senate in the Faculty of Pharmacy Meeting Room on Monday (10/19/2026). This activity served as a strategic momentum to discuss academic development directions and strengthen faculty governance in supporting the quality improvement of higher education.

The Workshop on Optimizing the Use of E-Learning in Accordance with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Curriculum resulted in strengthening the understanding of Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) lecturers regarding the use of digital learning technology aligned with graduate learning outcomes.

This activity aims to enhance the understanding and accuracy of the academic community in managing and synchronizing research and scientific publication data to support the improvement of the faculty's academic performance.

The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, conducted Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Disaster Mitigation Training on September 29, 2026, at the Faculty of Pharmacy USU Hall.

This international webinar formed part of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU's efforts to broaden academic perspectives and strengthen the research culture in pharmaceutical sciences. The exchange of knowledge with an academic from Universiti Malaya also provided participants with an opportunity to gain insights into natural product research, drug discovery, and drug formulation and delivery.
