Faculty of Pharmacy USU Holds International Webinar on the Potential of Artocarpus as an Anticancer Candidate This international webinar formed part of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU's efforts to broaden academic perspectives and strengthen the research culture in pharmaceutical sciences. The exchange of knowledge with an academic from Universiti Malaya also provided participants with an opportunity to gain insights into natural product research, drug discovery, and drug formulation and delivery. 08 October 2026

COSMOTECH Multi Mandiri The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), continues to strengthen its research and innovation ecosystem in the pharmaceutical field through collaboration with industry. One such initiative is its collaboration with PT. Ayurveda Day 2026, Faculty of Pharmacy USU and the Consulate General of India in Medan Promote Synergy Between Traditional Knowledge and Modern Pharmacy The organization of Ayurveda Day 2026 also provided an opportunity for students and lecturers of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU to gain insights into Ayurveda directly from academics and practitioners with experience in the field. This exchange of knowledge is expected to enrich the perspectives of the academic community in understanding the potential of medicinal plants and traditional medicine through a scientific approach. 08 October 2026

Strengthening Collaboration, Faculty of Pharmacy USU Sends Students to Participate in Student Outbound at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Through this Student Outbound program, students not only gain knowledge and research skills but also learn to adapt and work in an international academic environment.
