Appeal for Updating Rank Decrees in DIKBUDHR Accounts

In relation to administrative compliance within Universitas Sumatera Utara, we kindly inform you of the following:

  1. All Civil Servant Lecturers (PNS) who have received their Promotion Decree (SK Kenaikan Pangkat) through their DIKBUDHR Kemdikbud account are requested to submit the decree document to the Faculty Human Resources Department within their respective faculties.
  2. The Faculty Human Resources Department is requested to forward the aforementioned Promotion Decree document, as specified in point 1, to the Human Resources Bureau (Biro SDM) promptly.

Please note that this update is necessary to ensure data accuracy in the BKN SIASN (State Civil Apparatus Information System) and the Integrated Resources Information System (SISTER) of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdikbud).
