Universitas Sumatera Utara advises against holding processions for graduates during the Graduation Ceremony for Period II of the 2024/2025 Academic Year at the USU Auditorium. This measure ensures order, safety, and smooth event proceedings.
Dear Sir/Madam,
In relation to the Graduation Ceremony for Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) graduates for Period II of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, scheduled to be held on February 7–8, 2025, at the USU Auditorium, we kindly request that you advise all students in your respective faculties to refrain from organizing processions for graduate receptions from the USU Auditorium to their respective faculties.
We would like to emphasize that such activities may cause traffic congestion and disrupt order and safety within the Universitas Sumatera Utara environment.
