KIP Kuliah Profesi Scholarship Disbursement Process for Even Semester AY 2024-2025 at Universitas Sumatera Utara. Applications must be submitted via the KIP Kuliah system with data synchronization to PD Dikti.
Regarding the KIP Kuliah Profesi Scholarship Disbursement Process for the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2024-2025, we kindly request you to inform scholarship recipients in your faculty about the following important matters:
Based on the Zoom Meeting held on March 13, 2025, the scholarship disbursement application for the Even Semester of AY 2024-2025 must be submitted through the KIP Kuliah system.
The disbursement application process must first be preceded by updating the student’s status from Bachelor's Degree (Strata 1) to Professional Education, which also requires synchronization with the PD Dikti system.
Currently, the data update process is being carried out by the IT team of the Head of the Higher Education Financing and Assessment Center at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Based on previous coordination, this process will take time due to the high number of data updates required from various universities.
The Directorate of Student Achievements and Alumni Relations will continue to coordinate with the Ministry to ensure this disbursement process is completed as soon as possible.
