Extended Registration Schedule for Graduation Period III FY 2023/2024

Regarding the academic agenda, namely the holding of the National Test-Based Selection Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK-SNBT) on April 30 and May 02-07, 2024 (Wave I) and May 14-20, 2024 (Wave II), we hereby submit the following schedule changes: 

  1. Registration of graduation participants at the Faculty/Postgraduate School level is extended to April 26, 2024.
  2. Submission of graduation files from the Faculty/Postgraduate School to the Admissions and Academic Events Section of the Academic Bureau on Lt. II BPA USU is extended to May 2, 2024, at 15:00 WIB.
