USU Faculty of Pharmacy will hold its Final Exams for the 2024/2025 Even Semester from June 12 to 20, 2025, offline in the CBT Room. The exams will use a randomized question system and strict supervision.
We hereby announce the Final Examination (UAS) schedule for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, Bachelor of Pharmacy Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The exams will be held from June 12 to June 20, 2025.
In this regard, we also inform you that:
The exams will be conducted offline.
All exams will take place in the Computer Based Test (CBT) Room, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Exam questions will be distributed via the kelas.usu.ac.id platform.
Questions will be randomized through the kelas.usu.ac.id system.
The exam is close book.
To ensure smooth implementation, all students, lecturers, and academic staff are expected to follow these exam regulations:
1. Students:
a. Students must ensure they are registered on kelas.usu.ac.id.
b. Attendance must be recorded via kelas.usu.ac.id.
c. Students must be officially registered for the current semester (have paid tuition and completed KRS).
d. No electronic devices other than calculators are allowed in the exam room.
e. Students must note and bring their Google account and kelas.usu.ac.id username and password to each exam session.
f. Students are advised to prepare backup data packages in case of server issues at the faculty.
2. Lecturers:
a. Course instructors must be present in the CBT Room according to the exam schedule.
b. Fill in the prepared Final Exam Report (Berita Acara UAS).
c. Question writers must submit their questions to the Course Coordinator, who will compile and upload them to kelas.usu.ac.id.
d. Maximum of 45 multiple choice and 5 essay questions.
e. Answers must not include images or complex formulas due to electronic device restrictions in the exam room.
f. Questions must be uploaded to kelas.usu.ac.id no later than 3 days before the exam.
g. As a contingency, lecturers are required to prepare backup questions using Google Form (GF) or Google Classroom (GCR), to be submitted to the Academic Subdivision 1 day before the exam.
h. Lecturers are encouraged to set passwords for any links uploaded to kelas.usu.ac.id.
3. Academic Staff:
a. Exam invigilators are permanent non-civil servant staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU.
b. Invigilators must be present in the exam room at least 15 minutes before the exam starts.
c. Invigilators are responsible for filling out the Exam Report and distributing student attendance sheets.
d. Invigilators must ensure students receive and return rough paper at the end of the exam.
4. Sanctions for Students Committing Cheating:
Students found cheating during the exam will receive an official warning. Their names and student ID numbers will be recorded in the Exam Report and submitted to the course instructor.
