This announcement is hereby conveyed to all prospective candidates of the Pharmacist Professional Program regarding the implementation of the Admission Selection Examination for the Professional Education Program in Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026, which will be conducted as follows:

1. Pharmaceutical Substance Test

Day/Date: Thursday, 22 January 2026
Time:

  • 08.00 WIB: Participants must already be present on the 3rd floor (attendance reporting to the officer)

  • 08.30 WIB until completion (Examination)
    Examination Room: CBT Room, 3rd Floor, New Building, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara

2. Academic Aptitude Test (TPA)

Day/Date: Friday, 23 January 2026
Time:

  • 08.00 WIB: Participants must already be present on the 3rd floor (attendance reporting to the officer)

  • 08.30 WIB until completion (Examination)
    Examination Room: CBT Room, 3rd Floor, New Building, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara

(During the examination, participants are only allowed to bring the Examination Card, calculator, and pen. If bringing bags, wristwatches, mobile phones, or other items, they must be collected.)

3. Interview

Day/Date: Friday, 23 January 2026
Time: 09.45 WIB until completion
Room: OSCE Room, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Pharmacy

Notes:

  • Candidates must arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the examination begins.

  • Participants must wear black-and-white attire and closed shoes.
    (For those not wearing hijab: skirts must be below the knee; for trousers: capri-length pants; hijab must be black.)
