Notification of Online Heregistration Schedule for Even Semester in 2022/2023
For the smooth implementation of online heregistration for filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS) for USU students in the Diploma Three (D-3), Undergraduate (S-1), Extension, Masters (S-2), Doctoral (S-3), Professional, and Specialist Education for Even Semester in 2022/2023, the following schedule is submitted:
1. Tuition Payment and Heregistration: January 16 to February 03, 2023 (via: satu.usu.ac.id)
2. KRS filling: January 17 to February 04, 2023 (KRS filling is done 1 (one) day after tuition fee payment through the website: https://portal.usu.ac.id)
3. Lectures & Practicum: February 6 to May 26, 2023
4. Requirements for online heregistration for even semester in 2022/2023:
a. Students who are active in the Even Semester in 2022/2023 include students who live dissertation, thesis, undergraduate thesis, or final project;
b. For students who have postponed academic activities (PKA), there must be an Active Lecture Back (AIK) permit from the Rector;
c. Students who have paid tuition fees in 2022/2023 based on the bank database;
5. Students who do not carry out heregistration online are declared not registered and are not allowed to take part in academic and student activities in the current semester and the study period is still taken into account.
6. Students who do not carry out online heregistration for 2 (two) consecutive semesters are advised to resign as students of the Universitas Sumatera Utara before the Drop Out (DO) Decree is issued.
