The re-registration guide for new Master's (S2) and Doctoral (S3) students for the 2024/2025 even semester at Universitas Sumatera Utara is now available. Follow the online registration and KRS submission process according to the schedule.
We hereby inform all new students admitted through the Master's (S2) and Doctoral (S3) programs for the 2024/2025 even semester at Universitas Sumatera Utara that re-registration must be completed as follows:
I. RE-REGISTRATION
Online registration and document submission can be done via the website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from January 28 to February 4, 2025. Required documents include:
A passport photo with a white background, dimensions 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB).
The original exam card for the 2025 even semester admission.
A completed and signed Declaration Form with a Rp10,000 stamp (download the form at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id).
National Identity Card (KTP).
The latest bachelor’s degree diploma and transcript for Master’s applicants.
The latest master’s degree diploma and transcript for Doctoral applicants.
Accreditation certificate of the previous study program.
Drug-Free Certificate from a government hospital.
Study permit from the current workplace (for employed applicants).
Notes:
Students must regularly check the website for verification results (Accepted/Rejected). If the registration documents are rejected, the student must correct the data promptly.

II. TUITION PAYMENT
Document verification will take place from February 3 to 5, 2025.
Tuition fees can be paid through a Virtual Account on February 5 and 6, 2025 via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id.
III. COURSE REGISTRATION (KRS)
Student Identification Numbers (NIM) and passwords can be obtained through http://registrasi.usu.ac.id and used to fill out online KRS forms at https://satu.usu.ac.id after tuition payment.
Classes will follow the 2024/2025 academic calendar.
IMPORTANT:
Tuition fees paid cannot be refunded.
Students who fail to adhere to the schedule will lose their admission status.
Please comply with all schedules set by the university.
