Complete information on the re-registration procedure for new students of the Professional Pharmacist Education Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Even Semester AY 2024/2025. Fulfill the requirements and follow the online registration schedule up to KRS submission.

We hereby inform all new students accepted through the admissions pathway of the Professional Pharmacist Education Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, Even Semester AY 2024/2025, that re-registration is mandatory following the procedure below:

I. RE-REGISTRATION

Registration and document submission must be completed online via the website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from February 1 to February 7, 2025. Documents required for online registration include:
a. A passport photo with a white background, dimensions 400 x 600 pixels (maximum 1 MB).
b. The original exam card for Spring Semester 2025 admissions.
c. A declaration form that is completely and accurately filled out, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp duty, and signed (the declaration form can be downloaded from http://registrasi.usu.ac.id).
d. Identity card (KTP).
e. Latest undergraduate diploma and transcript.
f. Accreditation certificate of the previous program of study.
g. Drug-free certificate from a government hospital.
h. A study permit from the employer (for those already employed).

Note:

  • Students must regularly check the website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id to review verification results (Accepted/Rejected). If registration documents are "rejected," students must revise the data.

  • If you encounter difficulties during data entry on the website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id, please contact the Registration Helpdesk at +62 852-7001-4466 and +62 852-7001-4455 (Chat Only) during office hours from 08:00 to 16:00 WIB.

 

II. TUITION PAYMENT (SPP)

  1. Document verification will be conducted from February 6 to February 7, 2025.

  2. Tuition payment through Virtual Account can be completed between February 9 and February 14, 2025, as detailed on http://registrasi.usu.ac.id.

 

III. STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS) SUBMISSION

  1. The Student Identification Number (NIM) and password to access https://satu.usu.ac.id can be viewed on http://registrasi.usu.ac.id. This academic portal is used for online KRS submission after tuition payment.

  2. Lectures will follow the Spring Semester AY 2024/2025 academic calendar.

ATTENTION:

  1. Tuition fees that have been paid are non-refundable.

  2. Students who fail to report as scheduled may have their admission canceled.

  3. Students must adhere to all established schedules.
