Universitas Sumatera Utara announces changes to the graduation registration and ceremony schedule for Period I Academic Year 2022/2023. Students are advised to note the updated deadlines for registration and document submission.
In reference to the letter from the Vice Rector I of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Number: 13925/UN5.1.R1/LLS/2022 dated September 19, 2022, regarding the graduation of USU students for Period I Academic Year 2022/2023, we hereby inform you of the changes to the graduation registration schedule as follows:
1.1. Graduation registration at the Faculty/Postgraduate School level, initially scheduled for October 21, 2022, is now changed to October 14, 2022.
1.2. Submission of graduation documents from the Faculty/Postgraduate School to the Admission and Academic Events Section, Academic Bureau, 2nd Floor, BPA USU, originally on October 25, 2022, is now changed to October 21, 2022 at 3:00 PM WIB.
1.3. The USU Graduation Ceremony for Period I Academic Year 2022/2023, initially planned for November 23, 2022, is now rescheduled to November 14, 2022.
