Public Relations Faculty of Pharmacy – Several lectures and student faculty of pharmacy at USU visited several universities, hospital, and industry in Malaysia. This event representated by the Dean, Third Vice Dean, the seceretary program of pharmacist profession, the seceretary program of master and doctoral program Faculty of phramacy at USU, and the internationalization staff faculty of pharmacy. This visit held from 25 until 31 October 2023. Several studnets of of master and doctoral program Faculty of phramacy at USU were also join this agenda.

The first visit was made to the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) to collaborate international programm of USU such as, summer course, student exchange, guest lecturer, joint in bound, research collaboration, adjunct associate professor, dan webinar top scientist. It is hoped that this series of collaborative programs can be implemented soon in order to increase student competence and talent to compete internationally. Furthermore, IIUM also gave the faculty of pharmacy USU opportunities to visit their laboratories and pharmaceutical industries named IKOP Pharma. This industry has various pharamaceutical products such as, tablets, gels, and creams. The delegation faculty of pharmacy at USU hopes that collaboration with IKOP Pharma can be established to send pharmacist students to carry out pharmacist professional practice at this industry.
The second visit was held on Friday, 27 October 2023 to Universiti Malaya. During this visit, collaboration was also carried out between the USU Faculty of Pharmacy and Universiti Malaya in the fields of education, research and community services. After that, the delegation faculty of pharmacy at USU was also given the opportunity to visit the laboratory at Universiti Malaya.

Moreover, the representatives from Faculty of Pharmacy visited Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and the UKM Hospital called Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM) UKM. It is hoped that the collaboration can formed in collaborative research and pharmacist professional practice at this hospital.
Based on the visit agenda, there is great hope that these international partners can establish good cooperation with the USU Faculty of Pharmacy, and that the students who attend will be able to broaden their insight and experience for the future.
