Public Relations Faculty of Pharmacy - The Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held the graduation ceremony for academic year 2022/2023 in the Auditorium Hall of USU on Friday and Saturday, September 1–2, 2023. Within 120 graduates of Bachelor Pharmacy have been graduated in front of the Rector of USU, Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S. Sos, M.Si., the dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, apt. Khairunnisa, S.S.i., M.Pharm., Ph.D., and other professors. Among graduates, there were 59 graduates of the Bachelor of Pharmacy program who received Cumlaude predicate, with the highest GPA obtained by Donita Chandra at 3.94 out of 4.
The Program Study of Master and Doctoral Pharmaceutical Science has nine graduates, eight from the Master of Pharmaceutical Science Program and one from the Doctoral Pharmaceutical Science Program. There were 6 females and 2 males from the Master of Pharmaceutical Science Program, and Mawandha Sari received the highest GPA at at 3.94 out of 4 with Cumlaude predicate. Meanwhile, only one graduate female from the Doctoral Pharmaceutical Science Program was T. Ismanelly Hanum.
The graduation ceremonies last for 4 days, from August 30th to September 2nd, 2023. This agenda was held four times during the academic year of 2022/2023, and this ceremonial was the last period in the academic year of 2022/2023. The Rector of USU made recognition of the graduates' successful completion of their studies and completion of their new degrees during her beginning remarks. All graduates are intended to be individuals who will contribute positively to society through advancement and community service.
