USU PHARMACY PR — The USU Faculty of Pharmacy held guest lectures with experts for two days. The first guest lecture was held online through a forum meeting on Thursday (8/9) from 08.30 to 12.30 WIB.
This guest lecture was attended by students of the Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy, presenting experts as resource persons, namely the General Manager of the Corporate University of PT Kimia Farma Tbk, Hendra Farma Johar, M.Si., Apt. and Junior Researcher, Research Center for Biomedical Research, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Jiro Haegawa Situmorang, S.Farm., Ph.D.
The second guest lecture, themed Entrepreneur Pharmacy, was held on Wednesday (14/9) at the 2nd Floor Hall of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy from 08.30 to 12.30 WIB.
New students of the Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy attended this guest lecture in 2022/2023. The lecture schedule on that day and time was canceled due to the holding of this guest lecture.
The entrepreneurial experts presented at this guest lecture were the Chairman of the Medan POM Center, Drs. Martin Suhendri, M.Farm, Apt. and the owner of the Intravena Pharmacy & Palugada Group, Arie Anshari Rambe, S.Farm.
Even though we are in the pharmacy department, the entrepreneurial spirit must still be explored. Presenting experts is expected to motivate new students to open new opportunities and improve their entrepreneurial spirit.
