Public Relations Faculty of Pharmacy - The Faculty of Pharmacy received a visit from Widiya Dharma High School Students on Monday, December 4, 2023. There were 61 students, accompanied by 7 teachers. During this visit, the students were very enthusiastic to see every room and laboratory in the Faculty of Pharmacy. Several of these students also actively asked questions in the discussion session held in the 2nd Meeting Room Faculty of Pharmacy. This activity was welcomed by the Second Deputy Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy at USU, Hari Ronaldo Tanjung, S.Si., M.Sc. Apt., Chair and Secretary Undergraduate Program Faculty of Pharmacy USU, Dr. Sumaiyah, S.Si., M.Si., Apt., dan Lia Laila, S.Farm., M.Sc., Apt.
This visit provided insight into those students about the laboratories in pharmacy and provided an overview of lectures. Apart from that, they were also given the opportunity to visit the Laboratorium of Pharmacology, the Pharmaceutical Technology Laboratory, and the Cosmetology Laboratory. Every student had a chance to see the practicum and learning processes directly in those laboratories. It is hoped that this visit can increase their knowledge regarding learning methods and practices, which can then be applied and utilised when they return to their school.
