PUBLIC RELATIONS FACULTY OF PHARMACY – Faculty of Pharmacy held a workshop on Excellent Services and Complain Handling on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at the first hall of The Faculty of Pharmacy at USU. This activity invited a speaker who has a career as a teacher motivator and continues to receive active leadership training for several prestigious institutions in Indonesia, Mr. Yoffi Andinata, S.P.D., M.Si. In this event, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, apt. Khairunnisa, S.Si., M.Pharm., Ph.D., gives a welcome speech to this workshop and hopes that this training can be used to improve the services at the Faculty of Pharmacy at USU.

This activity seeks to provide training so that all Civitas at Pharmacy USU are competent in customer service and complaint resolution. The speaker also stated that "love the job" is the guiding principle for providing exceptional service. One can infer from these words that work performed with sincerity will inspire someone to work diligently and to their full potential. In addition, the speaker provides ice-breaking activities to keep all attendees enthusiastic and engaged throughout the agenda until the afternoon.

Through this activity, it is anticipated that all faculty and staff members of the Faculty of Pharmacy will be able to work efficiently and provide outstanding customer service for all complaints.
