Thursday, August 2, 2018, a total of 5 students from abroad participated in the 2018 internship student exchange program at USU Hospital facilitated by the USU Faculty of Pharmacy.

This activity has been carried out for the second time, previously in 2018 it was also carried out with 7 students from Malaysia and 2 from France. This year's event was attended by 2 people from Egypt, 1 person from the Netherlands, 1 person from Morocco and 1 person from Malaysia.

The arrival was in the framework of student exchange activities as well as to establish good relations and cooperation in the field of education between the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara with the Universities of Egypt, Morocco, Malaysia and England so that it can be utilized by students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara in increasing student knowledge and achieving educational curriculum in Indonesia, especially the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara.

The exchange students, on their visit to the Faculty of Pharmacy of USU, visited the laboratories at the Faculty of Pharmacy of USU and visited the USU teaching hospital, where later the students will undergo a study period at the USU teaching hospital.
