Public Relations of Pharmacy USU - Faculty of Pharmacy USU held the activity held a Leadership Meeting “Strategy for Achieving Performance Contract in 2024” on Friday and Saturday, 1-2 December 2023 at Sinabung Hills Berastagi. In this activity, all lecturers were joined to carry out several strategies in achieving the performance contract in 2024. The dean Faculty of Pharmacy, apt. Khairunnisa, S.Si., M.Pharm., Ph. D in his speech, hoped that this activity could run perfectly, therefore various strategies could be produced to be implemented in 2024.

It is hoped that this meeting can motivate all lecturers to be more active in preparing class to improve student learning in class. Apart from that, This annual meeting aims to improve students' ability to understand the relationship between theory and practice, as well as improve critical thinking skills in solving problems that exist in society.
