PUBLIC RELATIONS FACULTY OF PHARMACY – Faculty of Pharmacy University of Sumatera Utara sent delegations of lecturers and staffs to the Monitoring and Evaluation of Pharmacist Professional Internship at Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh on Friday, October 20, 2023. Several lecturers and staff took part in this activity, such as The Third Deputy Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Marianne, S.Si., M.Si., Apt., and the Secretary Program of Master and Doctoral Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, apt. Emil Salim, S.Farm., M.Sc., Ph.D and the staff of Pharmacist Professional Program, Andika Eka Putra. The pharmacy at USU team was welcomed by the Head of Phamacy Installation at Zainoel Abidin Hospital, apt. Rizvinanda Dewi, S.Si., and three Pharmacist Professional Internship Supervisors, Megawati, S.Farm, Apt., Fitri Yani, S.Farm, M.Klin, Pharm, Apt., and Yunita Suffiana, M.Si, Apt.

In this activity, several agendas were carried out, such as monitoring and evaluation of Pharmacist Professional Internship activities of eight students in the pharmacist professional USU at Zainoel Abidin Hospital. Moreover, the Faculty of Pharmacy team also participated in monitoring internship activity directly while practicing pharmacist at the hospital, especially clinical pharmacy services. The USU team hopes that internships at at Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh can continue to train pharmacist students in pharmacy practice directly.
