In an effort to advance research in Indonesia, particularly in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, PT. Dynatech International, in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Sumatera Utara, organized a seminar and workshop titled "NMR Latest Applications, Solutions, and Technology: NMR Processing Software Workshop - Topspin Software." The event also included the signing of a collaboration agreement between the Faculty of Pharmacy USU and PT. Dynatech International. This activity took place on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at the Cambridge Hotel.
The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU, Prof. Dr. Masfria, M.S., Apt., in her speech, emphasized the importance of using NMR equipment in various institutions, as it can isolate numerous chemical compounds, whether from plants or the medical field. She expressed gratitude that the Faculty of Pharmacy USU already possesses an NMR device. However, since 2014, the equipment has been non-operational. Thanks to the collaboration between the Faculty of Pharmacy USU and PT. Dynatech, the NMR equipment can now be repaired, and hopefully, it will be operational again this year.
