The signing of a collaboration agreement between PT. Gondowangi and the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, was conducted virtually on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. The event was attended by the entire faculty board, heads and secretaries of study programs, as well as heads and secretaries of departments within the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara.

In her remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Khairunnisa, S.Si., M.Pharm., Ph.D., Apt., emphasized the significance of this collaboration. She noted that PT. Gondowangi's involvement in education, research, and community service would bring substantial benefits. The partnership includes opportunities for pharmacy profession students to undertake internships, for undergraduate and professional students to learn from practitioner lecturers, and for collaborative research and community engagement initiatives.

Hidayat, the Director of PT. Gondowangi, expressed his gratitude for the partnership with the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, recognized as one of Indonesia’s centers of excellence. He expressed hope that this collaboration would foster progress for both parties and contribute to Indonesia's development. PT. Gondowangi warmly welcomes students from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, for internships and practitioner roles while also enhancing research collaboration.
