The USU Human Resources Bureau organized TALENTA training for staff to improve service quality on campus, including the Faculty of Pharmacy. This training emphasizes strengthening the values of BINTANG and BERAKHLAK as well as direct practice in implementing the best service.
USU PHARMACY PUBLIC RELATIONS — The Human Resources Bureau of the Universitas Sumatera Utara held TALENTA training for all staff in the Universitas Sumatera Utara environment in rotation to all faculties. Training at the Faculty of Pharmacy was scheduled for Monday (26/8) from 13.30 to17.00 WIB.
The training was officially opened by Dra. Herlina Mesta, as Division Head of Development and Welfare, Human Resources Bureau, was accompanied by Vice Dean II of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy, Hari Ronaldo Tanjung, S.Si., M.Sc., Apt. The speakers at this training were Dr. Nucman Achmad, S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc. (Head of USU Bureaucratic Reform Team) and Juli Agustini, S.E. (Branch Manager of KCP Medan USU).
Dr. Nucman Achmad, S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc., gave material on Strengthening the BINTANG Value System in Providing the Best Service. As an academic community, the most important thing that needs to be considered and really become the main focus is service. People who need services, be they fellow academicians or stakeholders, will be faced daily. As Dr. Nucman Achmad emphasized, in providing the best service, we must strive to strengthen the BINTANG and BERAKHLAK values.
BINTANG: Pious, innovative, resilient, and wise.
BERAKHLAK: Accountable, trustworthy, competent, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative service-oriented.
In contrast to Dr. Nucman Achmad, the second resource person, Juli Agustini, S.E., the branch manager of KCP Medan USU, provides understanding and practices directly for implementing good service.
Direct service practices are carried out by staff representatives and refined by Mrs. Juli Agustini so that they can become a reference for staff who will perform services later. It is hoped that with this training, all academic community members, especially staff, can implement and apply the best service.
