USU PHARMACY PR - The Faculty of Pharmacy of the Universitas Sumatera Utara visited the School of Pharmacy ITB on Tuesday (6/9). The visit was represented by the Vice Dean III of USU Pharmacy, Marianne, S.Si., M.Si., Apt., Head of the USU Master and Doctoral Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Yuandani, S.Farm., M.Si., Ph.D., Apt., Secretary of the USU Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program, Henny Sri Wahyuni, S.Farm., M.Si., Apt., and USU Pharmacy cooperation staff. The visit was welcomed by the Vice Dean I and II of the ITB School of Pharmacy, the Head of the ITB Master and Doctoral Studies Program, and the Head of the ITB Undergraduate Program in Clinical and Pharmaceutical Science.
This visit was an initiation to realize the extension of the partnership between USU Pharmacy and ITB School of Pharmacy in the field of education. This partnership includes the involvement of ITB School of Pharmacy staff in USU Pharmacy activities as resource persons, co-promoters for USU Pharmacy Master and Doctoral Program students, and research collaboration. In addition, this visit also served as a benchmarking study for USU Pharmacy to discuss the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education, especially in the field of education, which includes the curriculum of the Master and Doctoral Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as solutions in resolving retakers in the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program.]
After the discussion, the ITB School of Pharmacy scheduled a visit to the laboratory. The USU Faculty of Pharmacy team was accompanied to tour the laboratories in the ITB School of Pharmacy and its educational pharmacy.
