USU PHARMACY PR - The Faculty of Pharmacy of the Universitas Sumatera Utara held an outbound activity for its lecturers and staff on Saturday (8/10). Located in Tibrena Mekar Sibolangit Park, a group of lecturers and employees of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy participated in Management Training Character Building.
This outbound activity aims to build character for lecturers and employees as well as a means to strengthen friendship, intimacy, and cohesiveness between lecturers and faculty employees.
The group departed from Medan on Saturday morning by bus transportation. The time-consuming trip did not fade the atmosphere of intimacy on the bus, the joy was reflected on the faces of the outbound participants.
Arriving at the location, a series of group games had been prepared. This outbound activity was guided by Medan Outbound as a facilitator. The lecturers and employees played the games according to the directions given by the facilitator. The group game activities carried out are expected to build a spirit of teamwork and hard work to achieve common goals, and further strengthen the relationship between lecturers and employees.
Hopefully, activities like this can be carried out regularly, so as to build a spirit of cooperation within the Faculty of Pharmacy. Because a goal cannot get maximum results if it is not done seriously and together. Activities like this can strengthen relationships that may have been strained due to busyness and can even further familiarize those that are already close, and eliminate fatigue for a moment.
