Universitas Sumatera Utara students from the 2022 intake who have not collected their Student Identity Card (KTM) can retrieve it at Bank SUMUT KCP USU. Please bring your original ID, a Rp10,000 stamp, and a pen for form completion.
In connection with the issuance of Student Identity Cards (KTM) that have not yet been collected by students from the 2022 intake whose Virtual Accounts are registered at Bank SUMUT, we kindly request your assistance in informing students in your respective faculties to collect their KTM.
The KTM can be collected at Bank SUMUT KCP USU, located at Jalan Dr. Mansur, Kampus USU, Medan, during working days and hours (list of students attached).
Requirements for KTM collection:
Bring original ID (KTP)
Provide a Rp10,000 stamp
Bring a pen for form completion
Signature must match the one on the ID
