Appeal for Data Matching in SISTER

Following the letter from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology No. 2487/E4/DT.04.01/2024 dated August 30, 2024, we hereby convey the following:

  1. All faculty members within the respective units are urged to update their faculty data by verifying their National Identification Number (NIK) against the data from the Civil Registry Office (Disdukcapil) and ensuring that their listed domicile is accurate;
  2. All faculty members within the respective units are also urged to update their faculty data by verifying their employment status through their individual SISTER accounts.

Please note that this data update is mandatory to prevent the deactivation of SISTER accounts by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Technology.
