Announcement about Filling Lecture Attendance in the Academic Information System
With respect,
Following up on the letter from the Head of the Information Systems Center at Universitas Sumatera Utara, Number 24749/UN5.4.2.K/PK/2024, dated August 22, 2024, regarding Attendance Recording for Lectures, we hereby inform you that many attendance records for both lecturers and students in the Sistem Informasi Akademik (https://akademik.usu.ac.id/) have not been filled out, both for the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year and the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, which has just begun. We would like to remind you that attendance can be recorded in two ways:
The attendance recording guide can be accessed via bit.ly/pengisian-presensi-perkuliahan. Considering the importance of this matter to prevent issues during the data entry and synchronization process with the Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDIKTI) and the Sistem Informasi Sumberdaya Terintegrasi (SISTER), we kindly request the deans of the faculties at Universitas Sumatera Utara to encourage all study programs within their respective faculties to comply with this letter.
