The Final Examination (UAS) schedule for the Faculty of Pharmacy, USU, Odd Semester 2024/2025, will be held on December 9-20, 2024, in offline mode at the CBT Room. Adherence to examination rules is mandatory for students, lecturers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.

We hereby announce the Final Examination (UAS) schedule for the Odd Semester, Academic Year 2024/2025, for the Pharmacy Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The exams will take place from December 9, 2024, to December 20, 2024.

Key details regarding the exams:

  • Offline mode.
  • Held at the Computer-Based Test (CBT) Room, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Pharmacy, USU.
  • Questions will be distributed through kelas.usu.ac.id.
  • Randomized question orders in the system.
  • Close Book examination format.

Examination Guidelines

To ensure smooth execution, students, faculty members, and administrative staff must comply with the following rules:

1. Students

a. Verify registration on kelas.usu.ac.id.
b. Mark attendance via kelas.usu.ac.id.
c. Ensure active enrollment for the current semester (tuition paid, course registration completed).
d. Do not bring electronic devices other than calculators into the exam room.
e. Record and bring login credentials for Google and kelas.usu.ac.id accounts.
f. Prepare backup mobile data to anticipate server issues.

2. Faculty Members (Lecturers)

a. Be present at the CBT Room during the scheduled examination time.
b. Complete the Examination Attendance Report.
c. Submit examination questions to the Course Coordinator for upload to kelas.usu.ac.id at least 3 days before the exam.
d. Maximum number of questions: 45 multiple-choice or 5 essay questions.
e. Prepare backup questions via Google Form or Google Classroom and submit them a day prior to the exam.
f. Provide a password for the uploaded questions.

3. Administrative Staff

a. Examination invigilators must arrive 15 minutes before the exam.
b. Distribute attendance sheets, ensure scratch paper availability, and collect them after the exam.

4. Student Misconduct Penalties

Students caught cheating during the exam will receive a warning, and their names and student IDs will be recorded in the Examination Attendance Report, which will be submitted to the respective course lecturer.
