The USU Faculty of Pharmacy opens PSPA Spring 2025/2026 admissions with complete requirements, tuition details, and an official selection schedule.

The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, opens the admission of new students for the Pharmacist Professional Education Program (PSPA) for the Even Semester Academic Year 2025/2026. Admission is open for USU alumni and non-USU graduates based on the following criteria.

 

A. New Student Admission Information

1. PSPA Applicants — Bachelor of Pharmacy Graduates from the Faculty of Pharmacy USU

Requirements:
Graduates of the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy USU, proven by Diploma or SKTL (Certificate of Completion).

  • Date of graduation must be no more than 3 years prior to registration.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.

  • Must take and be declared to have passed the TPA Test, Pharmaceutical Substance Test, and Interview at the Faculty of Pharmacy USU.

  • Physically and mentally healthy and drug-free, proven by a medical certificate issued by a Government Hospital with official registration (SIP).

2. PSPA Applicants — Bachelor of Pharmacy Graduates from Outside USU

Requirements:
Graduates of a Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program, proven by diploma.

  • Not graduates of special pharmacy programs, such as clinical pharmacy or pharmaceutical science programs.

  • Study program accreditation must be at least “B/Good” from LAMPTKes, and home university accreditation must be at least “B/Good” at the time of undergraduate graduation.

  • Not graduates of transfer/bridging/extension programs to the bachelor’s level.

  • Date of graduation must be no more than 3 years prior to registration.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.50.

  • Maximum age 30 years at the time of registration.

  • Physically and mentally healthy and drug-free, proven by a medical certificate issued by a Government Hospital with official registration (SIP).

  • Must take the TPA Test, Pharmaceutical Substance Test, and Interview at the Faculty of Pharmacy USU.

C. Required Registration Documents

1. For USU Alumni:

  • One legalized copy of diploma or SKTL with signed academic records (KKM).

  • One legalized copy of Bachelor of Pharmacy transcript/academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

  • Recent photographs with red background, size 3×4 and 4×6, each 2 copies.

  • One copy of proof of registration fee payment.

  • Medical certificate confirming physical and mental health and drug-free status.

  • Statement letter issued by the Pharmacist Professional Education Program USU.

  • All documents must be uploaded to https://penerimaanapoteker.usu.ac.id/.

     

2. For Non-USU Alumni:

  • One legalized copy of diploma.

  • One legalized copy of transcript with a minimum GPA of 3.50.

  • Accreditation documents of the undergraduate study program and home university.

  • Recent photographs with red background, size 3×4 and 4×6, each 2 copies.

  • One copy of National ID card (KTP).

  • Medical certificate confirming physical and mental health and drug-free status.

  • One copy of proof of registration fee payment.

  • Statement letter issued by the Pharmacist Professional Education Program USU.

  • All documents must be uploaded to https://penerimaanapoteker.usu.ac.id/.
