Universitas Sumatera Utara has announced the official schedule for online re-registration, tuition payment, and course registration for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. All students must comply with the schedule to remain registered and active in academic activities.
To ensure a smooth process of online re-registration and course registration (KRS) for Universitas Sumatera Utara students enrolled in Diploma Three (D-3), Diploma Four (D-4), Undergraduate (S-1), Master’s (S-2), Doctoral (S-3), Professional, and Specialist Education programs for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, the following schedule is announced:
Submission of Active Study Resumption (AKK) requests must be received no later than August 1, 2025.
Submission of Academic Activity Postponement (PKA) requests must be received no later than August 16, 2025.
Tuition payment (UKT) and online re-registration: August 1–16, 2025 (via the Satu Mahasiswa application at satu.usu.ac.id).
Course registration (KRS): August 2–17, 2025 (KRS is available one day after UKT payment through Satu Mahasiswa).
Lectures and practicums: August 18 – December 5, 2025.
Course revision period: August 23–29, 2025.
Requirements for online re-registration for the Odd Semester of 2025/2026:
a. Students active in the Odd Semester of 2025/2026, including those completing dissertations, theses, final projects, or undergraduate theses.
b. Students with PKA status must have an AKK approval letter from the Rector.
c. Students must have completed UKT payment, verified in the bank's database.
Students who do not complete online re-registration will be considered unregistered and are not permitted to participate in academic or student activities during the current semester. Study duration will continue to be counted.
Students who fail to re-register for three consecutive semesters are advised to voluntarily withdraw before being officially dismissed (Drop Out/DO) through a Rector’s Decree.
