Description

The USU Institute for Community Service (LPPM USU) announces the list of Non-PNBP Community Service Grant recipients for 2025. Recipients are advised to review their proposal status, submit necessary revisions, and proceed with the contract process.

Regarding the determination of the recipients of the 2025 Non-PNBP Community Service Grant at the Institute for Community Service, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), based on the Rector’s Decree No. 1833/UN5.1.R/SK/PM.01.02/2025 on the Recipients of the Community Service Talent Program Grant from Non-Tax State Revenue (Non-PNBP) Sources at the Institute for Community Service, Universitas Sumatera Utara, we kindly request that you share this information with the lecturers/teaching staff within your respective units.

In this regard, the following points should be noted:

  1. Grant recipients listed in the attachment to this letter are requested to check their proposal status via https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id:

    • Proposals with the status "Accepted" or "Awaiting Progress Report" do not require any revisions.

    • Proposals with the status "Awaiting Upload of Revised Proposal" require revisions, particularly regarding the approved funding amount determined by LPPM USU.

    • To find out the approved funding amount, recipients can reprint the approval page through the menu Usulan > Daftar Pengajuan > Edit > Print Halaman Pengesahan (under the submitted title).

    • To upload the revised proposal, recipients must go to Usulan > Daftar Pengajuan > Perbaikan > Upload Revised Proposal. Please ensure that the revised proposal file size does not exceed 5 MB.

  2. Grant recipients whose proposals require revisions must complete all required signatures on the approval page, which include:

    • Signature of the Principal Investigator

    • Signature of the Dean/Vice Dean

    • Signature of the Head/Secretary of LPPM USU

  3. Grant recipients who need to revise their proposals are required to complete revisions between April 29 and May 7, 2025.

  4. Furthermore, those who have been designated as grant recipients will be contacted by LPPM USU staff regarding the contract process for the activities.

We kindly ask all recipients to carefully follow the provided information to ensure the smooth progress of the next stages, including the disbursement of the first phase of the grant funds.
