Results of the Service Survey at the USU Faculty of Pharmacy
Based on service satisfaction surveys conducted from 2021 to 2023, the majority of respondents rated two main aspects as "Very Good": faculty services and the management of finance, facilities, and infrastructure.
In Figure 2.11, administrative staff satisfaction levels have shown steady improvement over the years, with “Very Good” ratings consistently dominating from 2021 to 2023.
Meanwhile, Figure 2.13 illustrates graduate user satisfaction with faculty management services and financial/facility administration. The results consistently reflect a high level of satisfaction, especially in 2023.
These findings highlight the institution’s continued commitment to service excellence and support infrastructure that positively impacts both internal and external stakeholders.
