Announcement of schedule changes for Universitas Sumatera Utara’s Graduation Period II for the 2024/2025 Academic Year: registration extended until January 8, 2025, and submission of graduation documents until January 10, 2025. Ensure compliance with the updated schedule.
In reference to the letter from the Vice Rector I, No. 32966/UN5.1.R1/WA.00.00/2024, dated December 3, 2024, regarding the graduation of Universitas Sumatera Utara graduates for Period II of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, we hereby announce the following schedule changes:
Graduation registration at the Faculty/Postgraduate School level, initially scheduled for January 3, 2025, has been rescheduled to January 8, 2025.
Submission of graduation documents from the Faculty/Postgraduate School to the Admission and Academic Events Section, initially scheduled for January 8, 2025, has been rescheduled to January 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM WIB.
