The Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Sumatera Utara is now open for the 2024/2025 academic year admissions for the Pharmacy Professional Program (PSPPA). Below are the details regarding requirements, schedule, and tuition fees:

Requirements:

For USU Faculty of Pharmacy Alumni:

  1. Graduates of the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program from the Faculty of Pharmacy USU with certified diploma and proof of graduation (SKTL).
  2. Maximum graduation period of three years at the time of registration.
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  4. Passing the Pharmaceutical Substance Test and interview at the Faculty of Pharmacy USU.

For Non-USU Faculty of Pharmacy Alumni:

In addition to the above requirements, the following documents are also required:

  1. Accreditation certificate of the originating Pharmacy Study Program (minimum B).
  2. Recommendation letter for transfer from the Dean of the originating program.
  3. Transfer approval letter from the Faculty of Pharmacy USU.

Required Documents:

  • Copies of diploma and academic transcripts.
  • Recent passport-sized photograph (4x6 cm).
  • Health and Drug-Free Certificate.
  • Proof of registration fee payment.

Tuition Fees:

  • Registration Fee: IDR 750,000.
  • Institutional Development Contribution (SPI): IDR 5,000,000.
  • Single Tuition Fee (UKT): IDR 16,000,000 per semester.

Admission Schedule:

  • Registration Period: December 2, 2024 – January 11, 2025.
  • Document Selection: January 13, 2025.
  • Announcement of Document Selection: January 15, 2025.
  • Substance Test & Interview: January 16–18, 2025.
  • Final Results Announcement: January 30–31, 2025.
  • Online Registration: February 1–7, 2025.
