The USU Human Resources Bureau will hold a Socialization of the Study Leave Provision Guidelines on November 20, 2024. This event is intended for Vice Deans, HR staff, and faculty members within USU.

In order to enhance the implementation of Study Leave Provision within the Universitas Sumatera Utara, the following is announced:

  1. The USU Human Resources Bureau will hold a Socialization of the Study Leave Provision Guidelines within the Universitas Sumatera Utara;
  2. The Vice Dean II, Head of the Human Resources and Finance Subdivision, Study Leave management staff, and faculty members (as listed) within your unit are requested to attend the event;
  3. The event will be held in two sessions:
    a. Session 1
    Day/Date: Wednesday, November 20, 2024
    Time: 08:30 AM - 12:00 PM WIB
    Location: 3rd Floor Aula Room, Faculty of Medicine Building, USU
    b. Session 2
    Day/Date: Wednesday, November 20, 2024
    Time: 01:30 PM - 05:00 PM WIB
    Location: 3rd Floor Aula Room, Faculty of Medicine Building, USU
