Description
Important announcement regarding the schedule for final exams (UAS), payment of tuition fees (SPP/UKT), and online re-registration procedures for the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year at Universitas Sumatera Utara.
In relation to the upcoming end of the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year on January 10, 2025, based on the Rector's Decree of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 1883/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2024 (attached), and for the student study results related to PDDikti reporting, we would like to convey several important points as follows:
- The Final Semester Exam (UAS) for the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year will be held from December 9 to December 20, 2024.
- The Final Semester Exam (UAS) assessment for the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year will be held from December 10 to December 27, 2024.
- For lecturers who are late in submitting course grades and practical/laboratory grades according to the dates set in accordance with the USU Academic Regulations and Guidelines, the following will apply: a. All students enrolled in the course will be declared passed with a grade of B for the Diploma and Undergraduate programs; b. All students enrolled in the course will be declared passed with a grade of B+ for the Master's and Doctoral programs.
- Payment of SPP/UKT and online re-registration for the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year can be done from January 20 to February 7, 2025 (via: https://satu.usu.ac.id/mahasiswa).
- Filling out the KRS for the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year can be done from January 21 to February 8, 2025 (KRS filling is done 1 (one) day after SPP/UKT payment through the website: https://satu.usu.ac.id/mahasiswa).
- Classes and Practicums will be held from February 10 to June 6, 2025.
- Requirements for online re-registration for the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year: a. Active students in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, including students who are working on their dissertation, thesis, final project, or capstone; b. For students with an Academic Activity Delay (PKA), an Active Study Return (AKK) permit from the Rector is required; c. Students who have paid SPP/UKT for the 2024/2025 academic year according to the Bank database.
- Students who do not carry out online re-registration will be declared not registered and will not be allowed to participate in academic and student activities for the current semester, and the study period will still be counted.
- Students who do not carry out online re-registration for two consecutive semesters are advised to withdraw as students of Universitas Sumatera Utara before the Drop Out (DO) Decision Letter is issued.
