Submission of Thesis Supervisor Decree for Students of the Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, USU

We hereby convey to you the Thesis Supervisors of Undergraduate Program Students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, to be kindly:

  1. Coordinate your students to report the Thesis Title and Thesis Research Proposal that has been approved by the Thesis Supervisor through a predetermined link no later than May 31, 2024.
  2. Involve students in your research and report it in writing when the student submits the thesis research title, according to the predetermined format.
  3. Coordinate your students' creation of Scientific Journals in two (two) languages, Indonesian and English, according to the format uploaded on the Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy Website.
  4. Coordinate your students to fill in the Thesis Research Monev Link (https://bit.ly/MonevPenelitianSkripsi) every 3 (three) months.
  5. Sign the Thesis Guidance Evidence Sheet (LBBS) every time you give direction / make corrections / discuss with your students. We need to convey that LBBS must be attached as one of the requirements to be able to carry out the thesis examination.
