The Pharmacy Professional Education Program (PSPA) conducted the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Exam (UKAI) using the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) method on July 23-24, 2022, at the OSCE Center of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara.
After a two-year hiatus, the UKAI using the OSCE method was resumed on a national scale. The examination lasted two days with 80 students participating. The Central Supervisor (PP) for this OSCE at FF was Mr. Rusdi, who inspected the preparations starting from D-1.
This time, the OSCE Center Coordinator (KOC) was Dadang Irfan Husori, M.Si., Apt. (Head of the PSPA Program). He coordinated all components to ensure the smooth preparation and execution of the OSCE. All OSCE organizers were present at the location at 5:00 AM WIB, as required by central regulations.

After the OSCE was completed, an evaluation was conducted by the Central Supervisor (PP) for all committee components involved. The evaluation aimed to provide feedback to the committee to improve, maintain, and enhance their performance for the future.
According to the Central Supervisor, this OSCE marked the final Formative OSCE. Therefore, in the next semester, the Summative OSCE will be conducted, and the results of the UKAI using the OSCE method next semester will determine the graduation of students in the Pharmacy Professional Education Program.
