Medan, October 16, 2026 – The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), continues to strengthen its commitment to establishing integrity-driven, transparent, and accountable university governance through the development of an Integrity Zone toward a Corruption-Free Area (ZI-WBK) and a Clean and Service-Oriented Bureaucratic Area (WBBM).

This commitment is demonstrated through discussions on the preparation and completion of the 2026 Evaluation Worksheet (LKE), as well as the completion of the Anti-Corruption Perception Survey and Service Quality Perception Survey. The activities were held on October 16, 2026, in the Meeting Room of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy.
The event was opened by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Khairunnisa, S.Si., M.Pharm., Ph.D., Apt., represented by the Vice Dean for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Academic Infrastructure, Dr. Aminah Dalimunthe, S.Si., M.Si., Apt. The event was attended by the Head of the Administrative Office, managers, and educational staff within the USU Faculty of Pharmacy.
The discussion of the 2026 LKE was an important step in evaluating the implementation of the Integrity Zone development within the USU Faculty of Pharmacy. Through this activity, each evaluation aspect is expected to be identified and systematically documented as a basis for improving governance, strengthening accountability, and enhancing the quality of services provided to the public.
In addition, the completion of the Anti-Corruption Perception Survey and Service Quality Perception Survey is part of the effort to obtain an overview of service users' perceptions of the integrity and quality of services provided. The survey results are expected to serve as evaluation materials to identify areas requiring improvement while encouraging the delivery of professional, transparent, and user satisfaction-oriented services.
Through this activity, the USU Faculty of Pharmacy reaffirms its commitment to building a work culture that upholds integrity, prevents corrupt practices, and continuously improves public service quality. The involvement of the Head of the Administrative Office, managers, and educational staff plays an important role in ensuring the consistent application of good governance principles in daily duties and service delivery.
This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals** (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, in supporting effective, professional higher education governance oriented toward continuous improvements in educational quality. Through the strengthening of its Integrity Zone, the USU Faculty of Pharmacy is committed to creating an academic environment grounded in integrity and providing quality academic and administrative services for students and the entire academic community.

Furthermore, this activity supports SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, particularly by promoting a professional, productive, and responsible working environment. The application of integrity, transparency, and accountability principles in carrying out duties is expected to improve the performance of educational staff, strengthen a positive work culture, and continuously enhance public service quality. Thus, strengthening the Integrity Zone also contributes to creating a high-quality and productive working environment within the USU Faculty of Pharmacy.
This activity also supports SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, particularly in building effective, accountable, and transparent institutions that are free from corrupt practices. Through the evaluation of the Evaluation Worksheet (LKE), the Anti-Corruption Perception Survey, and the Service Quality Perception Survey, the USU Faculty of Pharmacy continues to strengthen institutional governance and improve service users' trust.
