USU PHARMACY PR - The USU Faculty of Pharmacy held a Socialization and Work Plan for the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area for all lecturers and staff on Monday (17/10) morning. This socialization activity took place in the Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB.
The socialization of the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area (ZI-WBK) presented two speakers who are very competent in this field, namely Dr. Nurman Achmad, S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc., and Cholina Trisa Siregar, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., Sp. KMB.
Dr. Nurman Achmad, S.Sos, M.Soc.Sc., as the head of the USU bureaucratic reform team, conveyed the transformation of the bureaucracy until 2025 with the vision of becoming a world-class government. He explained the legal umbrella of higher education bureaucratic reform and the target of integrity zone development. He also emphasized that the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) are closely related to ZI-WBK because IKU will be implemented if we have implemented an integrity zone toward an area free from corruption.
Cholina Trisa Siregar, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., Sp. KMB., in her presentation, emphasized that the integrity zone (ZI), area free from corruption (WBK), and clean and serving bureaucratic area (WBBM) are predicates. Obtaining a predicate is not necessarily instantaneous in its implementation, as was done by the Faculty of Nursing, which was chosen to implement the integrity zone. The predicate will be obtained if the habit or habit of all components of the faculty has been instilled in its soul to implement ZI-WBK. It is okay if the effort to obtain the predicate takes time, but progress in change, one of the levers in the effort toward a corruption-free area, is something to be proud of.
Every faculty member can implement the integrity zone of a corruption-free area starting from the commitment of the leaders. These leaders will carry out a shared vision with self-development efforts and involve the community served by implementing a communication strategy and having a monitoring and evaluation system of all developments.
In addition to the socialization and direction to start the ZI-WBK development work plan, Dr. Nurman Achmad, S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc., gave a quiz to the socialization participants and invited three people who were pleased to answer. The three participants who had the opportunity to answer received a reward from the speaker in the form of an e-money card with a deposit of IDR 100,000. Then, the socialization activity ended with a group photo activity.
