In an effort to motivate students of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU to write down ideas and include them in the Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) competition, therefore the Faculty of Pharmacy USU held a Socialization of the Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) in 2019. This socialization was held on Monday, April 22, 2019 at the 2nd floor hall of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy. This activity was attended by students of the Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy and students of the Diploma Program in Pharmaceutical and Food Analysts.

Also present as speakers at this activity were Dr. Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan, M.Si., Apt. as Vice Dean I and Marianne, S.Si., M.Si., Apt. as Vice Dean III of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy and Eka Nirmala, one of the USU Faculty of Pharmacy students who participated in PIMNAS in 2018.

The socialization event was opened directly by Dr. Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan, M.Si., Apt. in her speech she said that the Socialization of the Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) is expected to provide an opportunity for students to get information and increase knowledge about how strategies and procedures for writing research are correct.
