After several local implementations of the UKAI OSCE, the National UKAI OSCE will soon be held again. To ensure the smooth execution of this competency exam, the National Committee organized a UKAI OSCE Examiner Training.
The training was scheduled for two days, May 23-24, 2022, at the OSCE Center, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara. On the first day, May 23, 2022, activities began at 8:30 AM to complete all preparations according to the checklist provided by the National Committee.
On the second day, May 24, 2022, a simulation of the UKAI OSCE for examiners was conducted. All organizing committee members, examiners, and candidates were required to arrive at 6:00 AM. Not only were the schedules aligned with the National UKAI OSCE, but the systematic implementation also adhered strictly to established regulations.
The Examiner Training was directly supervised by Central Supervisors, namely Yulianto, S.Farm., Apt.; Vera Ladeska, S.Si., M.Farm., Apt.; and Drs. Didik Hasmono, M.S., Apt. With 10 candidates participating in the simulation, the training aimed to provide examiners with a comprehensive understanding of the upcoming Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Examination.
The event ran smoothly and concluded with evaluations from various organizing elements to ensure perfection in the future implementation of the UKAI OSCE method.
