Description

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics holds the 2024 Digital Literacy Training (Session 8). This training is mandatory for civil servant lecturers and academic staff as part of the national SPBE digital transformation.

Referring to the letter from the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology No. 7552/A.A3/GT.02.05/2024 dated March 6, 2024, regarding the 2024 Digital Literacy Training – Session 8, the following points are conveyed:

  1. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, will conduct the Government Sector Digital Literacy Training (LDSP) using a blended learning method, consisting of:
    a. Government Sector Digital Literacy Webinar (LDSP) Session 8 – synchronous format
    b. Digital Literacy E-learning – asynchronous format

  2. This training aims to build a digital mindset among civil servants to support the acceleration of digital transformation in organizational, managerial, and public service systems under the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) of the Ministry.

  3. Civil servant lecturers and academic staff listed in the attachment MUST participate in the 2024 Digital Literacy Training.

    • Dates: Friday, March 29 – Monday, April 8, 2024

    • Time: 00:01 to 23:59 WIB

      2. HR Management Information (24 hrs)

      3. Accountability Management Information (24 hrs)

      4. Performance Management Information (21 hrs)

      5. Language and Culture Management Information (23 hrs)

      6. Internal Services Information Management (21 hrs)

      7. Basic & Secondary Education Services Management (21 hrs)

      8. Higher Education Services Management (21 hrs)

  6. All participants must register and confirm attendance via https://karier.kemdikbud.go.id using their DikbudHR account no later than March 22, 2024.
