Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) opens applications for UKT reduction for final-semester students who meet the requirements. Submit your application via SILA USU from February 3-21, 2025.
In relation to the implementation of Permendikbudristek No. 02 of 2024 concerning SSBOPTN, where Article 13 regulates the provision of tuition fee (UKT) reductions, as stipulated in Rector’s Decree No. 1942/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2024 regarding the Provision of Tuition Fee (UKT) Reductions for Final-Semester Undergraduate and Diploma Three Students Who Meet the Requirements at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), we hereby facilitate the submission of UKT reduction applications for students who meet the following criteria:
Students in semester 9 (nine) or above in undergraduate or four-year diploma programs who are taking a maximum of 6 credits, one of which is a final project/thesis;
Students in semester 7 (seven) or above in three-year diploma programs who are taking a maximum of 6 credits, one of which is a final project/thesis;
The Study Plan (KRS) has been verified by the academic advisor; and
Submit the application through the USU Administrative Service System (SILA: https://tiket.usu.ac.id) – UKT reduction request menu, from February 3 to February 21, 2025.
The verification results will be published along with the refund of the UKT to the account listed in the application. The UKT reduction application for final-semester students will only be opened once per semester, with no follow-up submissions allowed. Applications submitted late or outside the specified period will not be processed.
