Announcement about Information on Submission of UKT Deduction for Final Semester Students at the USU Faculty of Pharmacy

In connection with the implementation of Permendikbudristek No. 02 of 2024 concerning SSBOPTN, where Article 13 regulates the provision of tuition fee reductions (UKT), which was subsequently established in the Rector's Decree of Universitas Sumatera Utara No. 1942/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2024 concerning the Reduction of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) Payments for Final Semester Students in Undergraduate, Diploma Four/Applied Bachelor, and Diploma Three Programs Who Meet the Requirements within USU, we hereby facilitate the submission of UKT reduction requests by students who meet the following criteria:

  1. Students in the 9th semester or above in undergraduate or diploma four programs taking a maximum of 6 credits, with one of the courses being a final project;
  2. Students in the 7th semester or above in diploma three programs taking a maximum of 6 credits, with one of the courses being a final project;
  3. KRS has been verified by the academic advisor; and
  4. Submitting a request through the Sistem Layanan Administrasi USU (SILA: https://tiket.usu.ac.id) – UKT reduction request menu, from August 30 to September 13, 2024.

The verification results will be published along with the UKT refund to the account listed in the request. For students who pay in installments, the reduction will be applied during the second and/or third installment payments.
