Notification of Online Registration Application, SPP/UKT Payment, Postponement Academic Activities (PKA), and Active Return to Study (AKK) at the USU Faculty of Pharmacy

Regarding the still numerous requests for the opening of the online re-registration portal, payment of tuition fees (SPP/UKT), postponement of academic activities (PKA), and return to active study (AKK), and referring to the letter from the Vice Rector I of USU number 22000/UN5.1.R1/SPB/2024 dated July 24, 2024, regarding the Notification of Online Re-registration Schedule, we hereby convey the following points:

  1. The submission for Return to Active Study (AKK) must be received by the Bureau no later than August 30, 2024.
  2. The submission for Opening the Online Re-registration Portal, Payment of Tuition Fees (SPP/UKT), and Postponement of Academic Activities (PKA) must be received by the Bureau no later than September 6, 2024, except for: a. Scholarship recipients; b. Graduated students who will attend the graduation ceremony; c. Tuition fee arrears related to diploma collection; d. Students who will have their final study examination (final project, thesis, dissertation).
  3. Students who do not register academically and whose PKA rights have been exhausted (already 2 times) are expected to submit a resignation request as a student according to the applicable procedures.
  4. Faculties/Postgraduate Schools are expected to comply with the aforementioned dates, so no further submissions will be accepted after the stated deadlines.
