The USU Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy announces the Odd Semester Final Examination 2025/2026 schedule, held on 8–19 December 2025 along with detailed exam regulations.

With respect, we hereby convey the schedule for the Odd Semester Final Examination (UAS) Academic Year 2025/2026, Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara, which will be held from 08 December 2025 to 19 December 2025.

In relation to this matter, we also inform that:

  • The UAS will be conducted offline.

  • The UAS will be centralized in the Computer Based Test (CBT) Room, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara.

  • Distribution of exam questions to students will use the kelas.usu.ac.id application.

  • A randomization method will be applied to the UAS questions uploaded to kelas.usu.ac.id.

  • The exam is close book.

For the smooth implementation of the UAS, students/lecturers/educational staff are expected to comply with the following examination rules.

 

1. Students

a. Students must ensure that they are registered in kelas.usu.ac.id.
b. Students must fill in attendance via kelas.usu.ac.id.
c. Students must be actively registered in the current semester (have paid tuition fees and filled out the KRS).
d. Students are not allowed to bring any electronic devices other than a calculator into the examination room.
e. Students must record their Google account username and password and their kelas.usu.ac.id login credentials. The note must be brought into the examination room.
f. Students must prepare a backup internet data package to be used in case of a server down condition at the faculty.

 

2. Lecturers

a. Course lecturers must be present in the Examination Room (CBT Room) according to the scheduled UAS time of the respective course.
b. Fill in the prepared UAS Minutes.
c. Question setters (members of the course teaching team) must submit the exam questions to the Course Coordinator. The coordinator compiles the exam questions and uploads them to kelas.usu.ac.id.
d. The maximum number of multiple-choice questions is 45, and the maximum number of essay questions is 5.
e. Exam answers may not contain diagrams or stacked formulas, as students are not permitted to bring electronic devices other than calculators.
f. UAS questions must be uploaded to kelas.usu.ac.id no later than 3 (three) days before the examination date.
g. As an anticipation of technical issues with kelas.usu.ac.id, lecturers are requested to prepare backup questions in the form of Google Form (GF)/Google Classroom (GCR). Backup questions must be submitted to the Academic Subdivision 1 day before the exam.
h. Lecturers are expected to provide a password for the exam link uploaded through kelas.usu.ac.id.

 

3. Staff

a. Examination supervisors are Permanent Non-Civil Servant Educational Staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy USU.
b. Supervisors must arrive in the examination room at least 15 (fifteen) minutes before the exam begins according to the schedule.
c. Supervisors fill in the UAS Minutes and distribute student attendance sheets.
d. Supervisors ensure that students receive rough paper and collect it at the end of the exam.

 

4. Sanctions for Students Who Commit Cheating During the UAS

Students who commit cheating during the examination will receive a warning. Their name and student ID number will be recorded in the UAS Minutes and submitted to the course lecturer.
