The following are the guidelines for the Study Plan Cards (KRS) procedures for students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Sumatera Utara:
KRS MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES
1. Students are required to re-register online and pay tuition fees/UKT according to the established schedule.
2. Students contact their Academic Advisor for academic guidance before completing the KRS.
3. During the guidance session, students are required to bring and/or prepare the following documents:
a. Study Result Card (KHS)
b. Completed Academic Record
c. Academic Guidance Evidence Sheet (LBBA)
4. Students who do not complete academic guidance with their Academic Advisor will not receive KRS approval.
5. After the guidance process and discussion with their Academic Advisor are complete, students can complete the KRS through the SATU Mahasiswa system by accessing the page: https://satu.usu.ac.id/mahasiswa
6. Students click the Manage KRS menu.
7. Students click the Take Course button based on the consultation with their Academic Advisor.
8. If the course has been successfully taken, the system will display a notification in the upper right corner
